We try to answer all emails within 12-24 hours.

FREE ITEMS

How can some items be FREE?
The items that are labelled as FREE, are promotional deals that our marketing team have managed to wrangle. We only get a certain number of each product and Each deal lasts only until the product is sold out.
The Items are 100% free, you simply pay the cost of our shipping fees to send it to you.
Yes, it seems crazy but it is REAL so don't miss out!
Is there a limit to how many free items I can get?
There is NO limit, however we would prefer a Max of 3 per order, simply so that it is fair on everyone.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE!
Our FREE promotional items are $8.95US as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping to most countries, our main routes are to America, Canada, Australia, UK & Ireland, Germany, Italy, & Spain.
If you are unsure as to whether we ship to your country please send us an email to support@styleskull.us and we will get back to you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Ordered are shipped from our warehouses 2-4 Business days after purchase. Delivery to the US can take 2-4 weeks and Delivery to most other countries takes 30-45 business days.
If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
I ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?
Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees.
You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks. However if you don't – let us know. You can contact our support center by emailing

support@styleskull.us.
Please keep all delivery packets as we will require them for evidence of shipment

What type of payments you accept?
We accept PayPal and Most Credit cards (Visa,Debit,Master etc)
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
We don’t accept cash on delivery (COD)
I am trying to purchase, but it keeps declining my card why?
Is your card eligible to make on-line purchases?
Do you have enough money in the account attached to the card?
Are you entering the correct details i.e. billing address and CVC?
If not, there is your reason.
If yes, it is most likely your bank blocking the transaction, due to you having never purchased from us before. Simply call your bank and advise them to unblock transactions for Modernnistic and you should be able to continue.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Our Pricing is tallied up using individual costing so If you are thinking about purchasing 5 or more products, please shoot as an email to

support@styleskull.us  , and we’ll be happy to work on a discount for you.
Do I need to pay customs fees or charges?
That depends on the laws of your country. In the majority of the cases, no, you are not required to pay any customs fee/s.


RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

I wish to cancel my order.
You must contact our support center by emailing us at support@styleskull.us  within twenty-four (24) hours following payment, and give us your order number, your name and the reason for cancellation.
A small reversal fee may apply depending on the refund amount.
If you contact us after this time-frame has closed, it may not be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed for shipment.
I want to change my order
If you wish to change anything about your order, you must contact our support center by emailing us at

support@styleskull.us within twenty-four (24) hours following payment, and give us your order number your name and the details you wish to change.
If you are removing products from your order reversal fees may apply if a refund is to take place.
I ordered something, but want to change the shipping address.

What if I move address before my order arrives?
If you happen to move address before your order arrives, it is your responsibility to set up mail redirection with your postal services. We can not change the address of your item once it has been shipped. If you do require the item to be re-sent to a new address, after shipment, extra charges will apply.
What is your Returns policy?
We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty on arrival, which will be taken case by case.
If you wish to return said items due to the above reason, please hold on to original packaging and provide evidence via images to support@styleskull.us
