Shipping and Delivery policy

General Shipping Information:

    • All Apparel, Phone Accessories, Art and Totes Orders with Free Standard Shipping will ship domestically from the USA and may take 1-3 working days to process.
  • if you are unsure about what shipping speed you need, please reach out to customer service at support@styleskull.us
  • There may be extra shipping times during the holiday season due to volume.
  • Orders placed after Business hours (Mon-FrI 9AM-5PM) will be processed the next working day.
  • Shipping hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST. We do not ship weekends.
  • We strongly prefer shipping to physical addresses over P.O. Boxes as some carriers cannot complete delivery to these locations.

Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to customer service within 48 hours so we can rectify the situation for you. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:

If your shipment tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, we would first always recommend checking with the carrier as sometimes they hide shipments to prevent theft or if you live in a housing complex, it may also be left at the main office. If after checking, you still do not have your shipment, please contact us immaturely and we will be happy to consider resolutions with you.

Unwanted/ Refused Shipments:

If you receive a shipment you no longer want and the package is unopened, you may return to sender and once we get the shipment back we will be happy to issue you a full refund if applicable. Please note, there may be Return to Sender charges with some carriers which we are not responsible for.  

Undelivered Shipments:

If a shipment is not deliverable by the selected carrier or multiple attempts to deliver are unsuccessful, your shipment will be returned to sender. Once we get your shipment back, we will process a refund for the order.

Shipments with Incorrect Shipping Information:

If you just placed your order and have the incorrect shipping information, please contact customer service ASAP as our orders are processed quickly and the window for editing shipments is time sensitive.

If your order ships with the wrong information there is unfortunately not much we can do, but depending on the carrier, you may be able to reroute or have your shipment held at a location. Please note, there may or may not be a fee associated with this service that we would not be responsible for.

All Clearance Marked Down and Free Gifted Items are shipped directly from one of our many storehouses. These particular items have a longer than usual shipping time of 3-6 weeks.

Depending on the particular item, this means that your order may be shipped from one of our many domestics and/or global areas such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, India, etc. Our global suppliers can always provide tracking numbers for United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Because we shipped directly from our partners in these countries, your order may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way!

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 
  • What is the shop currency?
    • Our shop currency is in USD.
  • How long is order processing?
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. That means it will take 1-3 business days to get your item out the door.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.
    • USA orders take 1-3 weeks. International order may take up to up 6 weeks. If you cannot wait that long, please do not order.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Orders placed within the United States will receive a USPS tracking number.
    • International orders MAY OR MAY NOT receive a tracking number. Please do not worry, your item will still arrive!
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • We have a large assortment of products, many of which may not be currently in stock when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
  • What is your refund policy?
    • Please note, we DO NOT issue refunds. 
    • If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will resend your order.
    • If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will resend you a new product.
    • If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you out the correct item!
  • How do I contact you?
    • If you have any questions that are not on this FAQ page, please email us at support@styleskull.us where we will promptly get back to you within 24 hours.

  • ALL CLEARANCE MARKED DOWN/FREE GIFTED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • IF ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE WITHIN 8 WEEKS, WE WILL GLADLY RESEND YOU YOUR ITEM(s).
